Kaioken Goku achieves this form by training with King Kai. In this form, aura changes into red and power increases. Great Ape This form is achieved when a saiyan looks at the full moon. After they look at it, they turn into a Great Ape. The power of a Great Ape increases ten-fold. When a saiyan transforms into a Great Ape, they loose control of themselves and go on a rampage. When they transform back to their normal state, they don't remember anything that they did when they were a Great Ape. False Super Saiyan A False Super Saiyan increases the power of the user but is not yet as strong as the Super Saiyan. Only Goku transformed into this form. In this form Goku's hair is still black, his eyes don't show up (same as a Legendary Super Saiyan), and he has the same yellow aura as a Super Saiyan which colours his body gold.
Super Saiyan Goku was the first one to transform to a Super Saiyan. His power greatly increases. In this form, hair turns golden yellow and sticks up becoming more spiked, the eye colour turns green, skin lightens and muscles become bigger. This form is obtain when a saiyan is in rage.
Super Saiyan 2nd Grade In this form, power is increased. This form is stronger than an ordinary Super Saiyan. In this form, muscles become bigger, hair sticks more upward and the aura changes into a blazing torrent.
Super Saiyan 3rd Grade (Ultra Super Saiyan) This form is stronger than the Super Saiyan 2nd Grade. Even though the user's power has increased, the user's speed decreases. In this form the muscles become huge (making user slow), hair is now very straight and the aura blazes wildy (wilder than Super Saiyan 2nd Grade).
Full Power Super Saiyan
This form is a form of a Super Saiyan when they are calmed down even though they are Super Saiyan (which most users loose control of themselves). Only Gohan and Goku are known to achieve this form. In this form, hair turns to a lighter yellow.
Legendary Super Saiyan Only Broly achieves this form. In this form, muscles becomes very big (bigger than Super Saiyan 3rd Grade), looses eyes, speed decreases, and power keeps on increasing.
Super Saiyan 2 Gohan was the first one to achieve this form. This form is greater than Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2nd Grade and Super Saiyan 3rd Grade. In this form hair becomes more spiked and goes straight up, muscles become bigger (not as big as Super Saiyan 2nd Grade and 3rd), speed increases and aura blazes violently.
Mystic Form This form was achieved when the Elder Kai unleashed all of Gohan's hidden/latent power. In this form, hair doesn't change into yellow, eyes don't turn green and remain black, but power increases greatly. There are also slight facial changes which makes Gohan look more mateur and more menancing and hair is a bite more spiky. This form's power and speed is even greater than a Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 2 and even a Super Saiyan 3.
Mystic Super Saiyan This is not really a Super Saiyan form but that is what we call it when Gohan is in his Mystic Form but turns Super Saiyan. Gohan does this in Dragonball GT. Power is increased slightly but not greatly.
Super Saiyan 3

Goku was the first one to achieve this form. In this form, power greatly increases, speed increases, hair grows very long and user looses eyebrows. Muscles also become bigger.



















Golden Oozaru (Golden Great Ape)
A Golden Oozaru is the same as a Great Ape except the fur is coloured golden. This form appears before the transformation of a Super Saiyan 4.


















Super Saiyan 4
This form is the strongest Super Saiyan Transformation in the whole series. In this form power greatly increases, hair becomes longer and spiked and remains black, have red fur all over body and has a red tail. Goku, Vegeta, and Gogeta are the only people to achieve Super Saiyan 4. To transform, the saiyan has to become a Golden Great Ape, then, shown in Dragonball GT, needs to remember something important to the user. For example, when Vegeta saw Goku in his Golden Great Ape form, he transformed into a Super Saiyan 4.
