D.I.C.E (DNA Integrated Cybernetic Enterprises) is an organization that was created to deal with problems in the Sarbylion galaxy. D.I.C.E F-99 is the only unit that is entirely made up of children. When there's trouble, D.I.C.E is called to the rescue.
